Luiza N. Radu graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest, the Faculty of Management - Public Administration section. She is PhD student in Economic Cybernetics and Statistics at the University of Economics, with a thesis concentrating on territorial networks and regional policy.

She is employed as an expert at the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Housing, within the Managing Authority for Regional Operational Programme. She has participated in several national and international conferences and has published eight articles on different issues of regional policy.
