Volume 5, 1st Issue, March 30 2010

Topic of the issue: Knowledge Dynamics
Short description: The burgeoning science of informatics together with large-scale databases (e.g.http://stbweb02.stb.sun.ac.za/infoscience/) encourages quantitative methods to codify and apply knowledge to assist in innovation and development.
Deadline for sending the material: 1st of February 2010

Volume 5, 2nd Issue, June 30 2010

Topic of the issue: Applications of Quantitative Methods to e-Commerce
Short description: Topics include applications across virtual and terrestrial business activities broad in scope, includes forecasting, transaction processing, enterprise resource planning and capital budgeting.
Deadline for sending the material: 1st of May 2010

Volume 5, 3rd Issue, September 30 2010

Topic of the issue: Computer Security Assessment
Short description: Topics include the application of security metrics in software engineering, security risk analysis, security quality assurance, measurement-based decision making and risk management, security measurement and monitoring, assessment of security architectures and solutions, formal theories of security metrics.
Deadline for sending the material: 1st of August 2010


Notes:

The material will be accompanied by an abstract (10 lines) and by the author's CV, a list of main publications (1/2 page) and a photo.
Materials can be sent via e-mail, as an attachment, formatted as Microsoft Word 7.0, 6.0, or RTF. The text should be in the Chicago Style. Information about Chicago Style can be found at http://www.docstyles.com or in this PDF document.
